Live Wedding & Event Painting
Let us capture your moment while it unfolds by booking a live event painting session! Live event painting is not only a wonderful way to record the magic of your day, it’s an entertaining experience for you and your guests to enjoy as you watch an original artwork come to life before your eyes.
How it works:
First, we’ll meet in advance of your event to discuss your dreams for your unique work of art, such as size and choice of oil or acrylic paint. On the day, our team will arrive at your venue prior to the beginning of your celebration to begin sketching and background painting. We’ll take photos of the moments you most want to capture and use them as references to develop your painting, and you and your guests can watch the artistic process unfold during the event. After your gathering, we’ll take your canvas to the studio to finalize details and varnish it. The final artwork will be photographed for your approval, and delivered to you when complete. You’ll be able to choose from acrylic or oil paint for your work of art. Additionally, you can choose from a gallery-wrapped canvas, or if you choose a standard canvas, your painting(s) will arrive fully framed and ready to hang, in a complimentary float-style frame. Additional custom framing options are available as well.
Pricing:
We offer a variety of painting packages, with pricing beginning at 18” x 24” for $2200. Add-ons including thank-you cards printed with your portrait or smaller copies for guests are available, and discounts are also available for bundled services. Live Wedding & Event
Guest Portraits
A one-of-a-kind take on the classic guest photo booth, live guest portraits are a way to offer your guests a unique work of art to remember your special day!
How it works:
On the day of your celebration, our team will arrive at your venue ahead of your start time, to set up and prepare. When your scheduled time begins, guests will be invited to visit the artists’ table to have their photo snapped and used as reference for a 5” x 7” watercolor and ink painting. Paintings are typically completed live and ready for guest pickup in about 15 minutes. If we end up with more guests than time allows, we’ll take those snapshots back to the studio, finish the paintings there, and mail them out to their respective addresses. Additionally, we’ll send the hosts photographs the finished images, so that they can enjoy all of those moments, as well. And of course, an 8” x 10” painting of the guest(s) of honor is included in your package!

Custom Celebration
Painting in Studio
Has your special moment already happened? Want to celebrate your anniversary with a unique work of art, or gift a portrait to someone special in your life? Let us turn your beautiful photographs into an heirloom work of art to enjoy for years to come.
How it works:
You only need to send us a high-resolution digital copy of your favorite moment, and we can make it magical! We’ll discuss style, medium (oil, acrylic, or watercolor), size, frames, and any other elements you may want to add or change from the photo. Your painting will be created in our studio, photographed for your approval, and delivered to you when complete. Additionally, you can choose from a gallery-wrapped canvas, or if you choose a standard canvas, your painting(s) will arrive fully framed and ready to hang, in a complimentary float-style frame. Additional custom framing options are available as well.
