At a Glance
We collect only what we need to book and paint your event: contact details, event details, and payment confirmation.
We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Stripe.
We do not sell your personal information.

1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how 4th Kind Creative LLC, doing business as Alla Prima Art Events (“the Studio,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or book live painting services. It applies together with our Booking Terms & Conditions.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you give us. When you book or inquire, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address (for delivering paintings or guest portraits), event date, venue name and location, the names of the people being painted, event details and timelines, reference photos you share, and anything you tell us in messages, forms, or phone calls.
2.2 Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card or bank details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page and go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation that a payment was made, the amount, the date, and the billing details you entered, such as your name and email.
2.3 Information collected automatically. Our website is hosted by Squarespace. When you visit, Squarespace and similar tools may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring website, using cookies and similar technologies.
2.4 Photos and video from your event. If you book us, we may photograph or film our work, the finished painting, and our setup at your event. Our use of these images is described in Section 14.2 of our Booking Terms and in Section 5 below.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to reserve your date and provide our services, to communicate with you about your booking, to process payments and refunds, to deliver your finished artwork, to keep business, tax, and accounting records, to improve our website and services, to protect against fraud or misuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
We only send marketing emails to people who have asked to receive them, and every such email will include a way to unsubscribe. We may call or text you about your booking at the phone number you provide.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:
Payment processing: Stripe, to take payments and issue refunds.
Website and forms: Squarespace, which hosts our website and any forms or pages you use.
Email, calendar, and file storage: the tools we use to communicate with you and manage bookings and records.
Delivery and framing: shipping carriers or framing partners, if your artwork is shipped or framed, using only what is needed to complete that task.
Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of others. If our business is ever sold or reorganized, customer records may transfer to the new owner under this Policy.
These providers have their own privacy policies and handle information under their own terms.
5. Photos and Media
Images of your painting and of our work at your event may appear in our portfolio, website, and social media. If you would prefer that we not show faces, use names, or publish images from your event, tell us in writing before your event at AllaPrimaArtEvents@gmail.com and we will honor that. You can also ask us to remove a specific image from our website or social accounts at any time, and we will do so within a reasonable time. We cannot recall copies already shared or reposted by others.
6. Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, mainly to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
7. How Long We Keep Information
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations. We keep inquiry messages from people who do not book for a reasonable period, and delete them on request. We keep portfolio photos until we choose to remove them or you ask us to.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including using established providers for payments, website hosting, and storage. No method of storing or transmitting data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices and Rights
You may email us at AllaPrimaArtEvents@gmail.com to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to opt out of marketing messages. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep certain records, such as payment and tax records, as required by law, and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under your state’s laws. Contact us and we will do our best to honor them.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If your event includes children, we collect information about them only from a parent or guardian, and only what is needed to deliver the services. If you believe a child has given us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to Other Sites
Our website or messages may link to other sites, such as social media or vendor pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. For bookings already made, the version of the Booking Terms in effect on your payment date continues to apply, and updates to this Policy will apply to information we collect going forward.
